We will offer three sizes as before. As to price, this basic kit will be offered for $65 in 13ga mild steel, 13ga 304 stainless steel will be $145. This will include a cross in the same material as the base kit for the center of the face. To upgrade to either a brass or stainless cross will be $20. The base kit will include a solid back wrap, for an additional $30 you can replace this a fretwork (pierced) back with five fluery crosses similar to the cross on the face. This option includes a pierced lower band ready for mounting an aventail. We also offer for an additional $250, an option in which we will include a welded stainless flatwire aventail, with all links including those to the lower band welded, ready to mount.
If you would like the top crown domed and flanged that will be $45 (if you would like a crease added as well from to back just say so and I will add it), and if you would like the face domed and the dart in the center tack welded together to ease assembly that will be $35. At that point I would just assemble it myself, as all that remains is some rolling, riveting and a bit of flanging! The kit comes with the mill finish of cold rolled mild or 2B stainless, so you are free to finish it to the degree that suits you, white polish, high polish,russeted or blackened. It is up to you!
As this kit will no longer fit in the USPS flat rate box, shipping and handling will be $25 in the US, INternational orders must be quoted so please contact us. So there it is, these can be had with all the bells and whistles delivered for around $165 to $195, or you can do all the forming and do it for as little as $90 delivered.
